What a total disaster! The inventory is super low on most products. Some orders can't even be placed because of stock issues, even though it’s supposed to be synced with their inventory. Returning items is a real hassle; they make it so tough to send anything back. There’s no collection service, and you’re stuck using just three couriers they’ve picked. One of those, UPS, is trying to charge me 128 euros to return a shirt that’s marked at £60, which should only have a 25% import duty at most. Brandsgateway has been contacted by UPS, but they won’t talk to them directly, even though it’s their chosen courier. They gave me a number to call, but it’s just recorded messages in Swedish, and I don’t understand a word of it since I’m English. They’ve refused to help any further, making returns impossible. The service costs £516 every quarter, and good luck trying to make that back since items sell slowly and returns are a nightmare. This just isn’t a sustainable business model.

UPDATE: In response to the company's replies, they never provided any clear guidelines for returning products. They just mentioned in a live chat that I could use three couriers and fill out a returns form. If they had included a link or some instructions, that would’ve been super helpful. Also, I never asked them to cover the customs charge; I just wanted them to communicate with the local branch in a language I can understand. When I called the number they gave me, it was all in Swedish, and I can’t speak that language, so it’s impossible for me to get in touch with anyone about it. They wouldn’t even try to interpret or help me find an email address to reach UPS. To top it off, they just told me my account is on hold until I pay that 128 euros return fee for a 60 euro shirt, even though they rejected the delivery and UPS still has the shirt.

As for reconsidering my feedback, no one has bothered to reach out to me directly, either by email or phone. That’s how you turn negative feedback into something positive.

This is an awesome place to find high-end brands. I've never faced any problems with my purchases. They're always there when you need assistance. A dependable ally for growing your business.
